 OH GEEZ, I LOVE THIS SHOW. It's the weirdest, funniest, stupidest, most violent and sexual show I've ever seen. And you know what? They make the all episodes on Flash.  ON FLASH.  And so I drew fanart~ This is the Warden. People describe him as the "Sadistic Willy Wonka". I was also inspired to watch this show again when I saw this picture.  Er... yeah that's it.
